People Behind the Baskets

We're Thomas, Jodie, and Eddie – passionate about food and community. Thomas founded a food import business and has been trading at London markets for nearly a decade, leading to a judging role at The Great Taste Awards. In 2021, he launched Panier Markets to bring authentic food markets to his community, supported by a network of 200+ local traders, makers, and producers. In 2022, Jodie and Eddie joined the team — Jodie managing trader recruitment and bookings, and Eddie handling set-up and operations. We're dedicated to authenticity, sustainability, and showcasing the best local produce.
